6 Week Yoga Classes

During Spring and Summer we hold a variety of classes outdoors at Boat Quay House, Stonepark, Dromahair Co. Leitrim F91YR97 overlooking The River Bonet.
Grainne also holds a variety of classes year round in diffrent community centres around Leitrim and Sligo.

Please bring a mat and a drink.
Yoga block, bands and balls provided. Mats can be provided if needed.
